The right paper. The matching key.

Official NSEA previous-year question papers and final answer keys for 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2019, with regional variants clearly labelled.

NSEA 2026 has not taken place yet. No 2026 question paper or answer key is offered here. Latest verified standard NSEA paper: 2025.

Open the original PDFs on the organiser’s website. Match the year, region and paper code before checking answers. These are official keys, not worked solutions.

How to get more from a paper

  1. Attempt first. Use the printed time and marking instructions for that year.
  2. Check the final key. Verify your paper code and any dropped questions.
  3. Classify mistakes. Was it a concept gap, algebra error, misread instruction or time pressure?
  4. Relearn and retry. Work the missed questions again without looking at the key.

Pandemic-era IOQA: a separate format

These are useful extra questions, but are not ordinary NSEA papers. The combined qualifier format and timing differed.

Preparing for INAO?

INAO is the next stage and uses longer written problems. HBCSE publishes its own papers and model solutions. Follow the labels inside each document: the linked 2025 solution PDF still says “Provisional Solutions”.
